How to create a heart and multiply it in Ibis Paint
Basic steps to get started
1. Open the Ibis Paint app. If you don't have it yet, it's available in Google Play store.
2. Click on “My Gallery”
3. Choose a desired size for a canvas
4. Click “OK”
5. A new screen will open
How to create a heart:
1. Click on the button with a ruler
2. A small menu will open. Choose symmetrical ruler
3. Click on the button with one hand (it is located on the left side of the ruler)
4. Click on the button with a wavy line
5. Choose to fill
6. Place a first point on the blue line in the canvas
7. Place multiple points on one half of the canvas (one side next to the blue line),
to create a half-heart shape. Don't worry, it doesn't have to be perfect
8. Place the last point also on the blue line
9. To make adjustments as desired, you can drag any point
10. Satisfied with the created heart? Click on the green check mark
11. Click on the ruler again
12. Turn off the symmetrical ruler
13. Choose a color. Pink for example
14. Click on the button with a bucket
15. A small menu will appear. Click on the gear
16. A larger menu will open. Choose “This Layer”
17. Click in the heart
18. The heart will then have the color you choose
How to multiply a creation
In this case the heart:
1. Click on the button with a number (in this case “1”. It is the layer you are working on)
2. A menu will open. Click on the second button with a plus sign
3. Another menu will open. Choose “Clone Layer”. This way the original layer remains intact.
4. Choose the third button in the black menu (“Move Layer”)
5. The heart is selected. Turn on 'Repeat'
6. Then the entire canvas is selected. Drag the top right corner down towards the bottom left corner
7. Creation is multiplied. In this case, more hearts will appear
8. Enough hearts on the canvas? Click on the green check mark
